FixDaddy provides doorstep computer, laptop, printer, Wi-Fi, CCTV, data recovery and related IT support services, along with Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), across Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Service availability, technician assignment and visit timing are subject to location and scheduling capacity.

Prices for individual services and AMC plans are shared before work begins or a subscription is confirmed. Final pricing may vary based on parts required, device condition, or scope of work discovered during diagnosis.

Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Online payment options will be made available through a secure payment gateway; until then, payment is collected via cash, UPI or card at the time of service.

Repairs carried out by FixDaddy are covered by a service warranty as communicated at the time of service. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to unrelated issues or damage caused after the visit.

AMC plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout and cover the services listed on the plan at the time of subscription. Plan terms, including number of visits and coverage, are confirmed with the customer before the plan begins.

AMC plans can be cancelled or modified in line with the terms shared at the time of subscription.

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the service location and accurate information about the issue. Any data loss risk during repair will be communicated in advance where applicable, and customers are encouraged to maintain their own backups.

FixDaddy is not liable for pre-existing data loss, or issues arising from third-party hardware or software beyond the scope of the service performed. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction over any disputes.
